Midi Health Enters the Supplement Market: A New Milestone for Women’s Health

In a progressive leap, Midi Health has announced its entrance into the supplement market, unveiling a tailored line designed specifically for women navigating midlife challenges. With products such as Daily Cortisol Support ($50), Daily Brain Boost ($35), and Daily Fiber+ ($55), the platform aims to address health concerns prevalent among women entering this pivotal stage of life. Industry predictions suggest that Midi Health could generate over $30 million in its first year, signaling strong demand for these specialized supplements.

This initiative marks a significant expansion from Midi Health’s core offerings, which primarily encompass telehealth services and personalized prescriptions covering skin, hair, weight, and sexual health issues. The platform, which currently serves around 20,000 patients each week, has been attentive to the inquiries of its clientele. Many women are keenly interested in new supplements, often expressing curiosity about what they should take to maintain or enhance their health. Joanna Strober, the company’s co-founder and CEO, revealed that 75 percent of patients inquire about supplement recommendations during their consultations.

Recognizing a gap in the market, Midi Health has developed three core supplements that cater specifically to midlife women, focusing on a demographic often overlooked by traditional health care. “We’re trying to create products that meet the unique needs of our ladies,” Strober explained, emphasizing that no other company is explicitly catering to this demographic with specialized formulations. By integrating ingredients that address specific health concerns, Midi Health aims to create a comprehensive support system for women in midlife.

The Daily Fiber+ supplement addresses the increasing need for fiber in the American diet, combining five grams of fiber with green banana powder and chromium picolinate, presented in a convenient zero-sugar gummy. Also within the lineup is Daily Cortisol Support, crafted with a blend of magnesium, L-theanine, ashwagandha, magnolia bark extract, and phosphatidylserine to help manage stress and improve mood and sleep. Daily Brain Boost contains essential nutrients like vitamin B12, choline, and CoQ10, designed to enhance cognitive function and energy levels. These formulations are derived from recommendations made by Midi Health practitioners, responding to what women require most.

Strober pointed out a significant disparity in women’s health care, stating, “There are millions of women in this country who don’t get appropriate care.” The absence of expert guidance in areas such as sleep, anxiety, weight loss, and mental health issues exemplifies the urgent need for tailored solutions. With an understanding that medical care and supplements have historically been treated as separate entities, Strober believes that integrating these facets can lead to better health outcomes for women. By bridging this gap, Midi Health hopes to provide comprehensive support in a single platform.

As part of its strategic business approach, Midi Health is also viewing the launch of these supplements as an opportunity to attract new customers. By marketing the supplement line separately, they aim to create an entry point for women who may not yet be familiar with the comprehensive healthcare solutions offered by Midi Health. Notably, these supplements are designed to complement, rather than replace, hormone replacement therapy, catering to diverse needs—including those of women who cannot pursue hormone treatments due to health issues such as breast cancer.

In addition to rolling out its supplement line, Strober has indicated that the team is focusing on expanding insurance coverage and enhancing accessibility to their services. The vision for Midi Health is clear: evolving the brand around the principle of scaling expert care to empower women throughout their health journeys. This introduction of specialized supplements represents not just a new product line, but a commitment to addressing the unique challenges faced by women during midlife while fostering a supportive and informed community.
