Ben Gorham Bids Farewell to Byredo: A New Chapter Begins

Marc Puig, the chairman and CEO, echoed Gorham’s sentiments, emphasizing the importance of the brand’s legacy while steering it toward new horizons. He commended Gorham for establishing a unique identity with Byredo and reassured fans and stakeholders of their commitment to honoring this legacy. The move signifies Puig’s continued strategy to blend creativity and commerce, enhancing its already impressive portfolio, which includes names like Carolina Herrera and Jean Paul Gaultier.

Byredo’s ascent in the luxury beauty market is notable, with a valuation surpassing 1 billion euros, cementing its place as a formidable contender in the segment. what makes Byredo particularly interesting is its commitment to striking a balance between aesthetic appeal and product efficacy. The brand made waves in 2020 with its makeup line, co-created with makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench. This collection stood out for its unconventional colors and packaging, setting a benchmark for contemporary beauty products and inviting consumers to experience makeup as a form of self-expression.
